Jen Lin is a second-generation Asian chef. He learned his Chinese cooking from his father who opened a Chinese restaurant in New York City back to 1980s. Fascinated by the emerging rise of Japanese fo...od in 1990s, Lin went to Tokyo to learn Japanses cuisine for two years. After working in a few restaurants (Tokyo, Ginza, Osushi, etc.) in Boston area, Lin opened his first Sei Bar restaurant in Medford in 2003 and expanded to Everett and Wakefield. His passion to food drives him to create fusion dishes unique from traditional Asian cooking with the commitment to food quality.
